Humans have this insane ability to constantly compare themselves to others, whether if it's self-deprecatingly or judgmentally. Therefore we tend to lose our sense of self, think higher than we should, or even lower than we should, and we become trapped inside the lie of how we see ourselves. In the end, the lie that we constantly say until we believe, becomes the arbiter of our downfall as individuals.
